To make your journey to and from the congress as easy and convenient as possible, an official shuttle service will be available between Munich Airport and Kongress am Park Augsburg.

Journey time: approximately 60–90 minutes, depending on traffic.

Meeting point at Munich Airport:
The exact meeting point and detailed instructions will be communicated to registered participants by email during the week preceding the congress.

Congress Venue → Airport

Shuttle services will also operate from Kongress am Park Augsburg to Munich Airport.

Important Information

• Advance booking is mandatory.
• A minimum of 20 passengers is required for the shuttle service to operate.
• The shuttle service will only be confirmed once the minimum number of 20 participantshas been reached.
• The exact meeting point and practical information regarding the shuttle will be communicated to registered participants by email during the week preceding the congress.
• Please allow sufficient time for your journey, particularly for your return transfer to Munich Airport, as traffic conditions may affect travel time.
• Each passenger is responsible for ensuring that they arrive at the airport in sufficient time for check-in and security procedures.

• The shuttle service is available at a cost of €40 per person per trip.
• In the event that the minimum number of 20 passengers is not reached, the shuttle service may be cancelled. Registered participants will be informed accordingly.
