Guidelines for Faculty speakers, poster presenters and ePoster
Please note that the acceptance of your abstract does not entitle you to a complimentary registration to the congress.
You can register using the same platform as when you submitted your abstract (same account credentials).
Poster Walks Presentations
POSTER SHORT ORAL PRESENTATIONS (3 min + 1 question during a BREAK SESSION)
Your short Oral e-Poster will be 3 min + 1 question during an assigned break session. Please be on time!
This presentation needs to be done in person on-site.
The session will be moderated by an expert.
Due to time limitations, please be present for the entire break session, in front of your allocated station. We may change the order of presentation at the last minute in case a speaker is missing.
The rest of the time, your poster will be accessible for all participants in the e-poster area.

What is a good e-poster?
Use a conventional framework (for instance: Title, Authors & affiliations, Background, Patients & Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion & perspectives).
To facilitate reading:
- Add instructive titles for your results and figures
- Use images, graphics or tables when it is necessary
To create your single slide ePoster, you shall only use the Microsoft PowerPoint 2003/2007/2010 softwares. If you have another version, be sure of perfect compatibility with the latter.
Advice – General formatting
- Your ePoster is a single slide Powerpoint file
- The ePoster dimensions are 132cm in width and 75cm in height. The ePosters will be displayed in a “landscape” format.
- Format 16:9 paysage / Landscape
- The size of your ePoster PPT file shall not exceed 10MB.
- You can add the EFAS banner on your poster. Click here to select and download the logos and banners.
Background
- Avoid any texture/image as a background to ensure that your text remains legible on screen.
Images & objects
- Avoid images that are too large (> 1 Mb).
- Avoid using animated .gif files, WMF format images and WordArt objects.
- Avoid fade effects on objects, graphics and tables.
- Do not use Flash.
Texts
- Use common fonts (Arial, Times, Verdana, Helvetica, Tahoma, Symbol, etc.).
- Use a minimum 30pt font size to ensure that your text remains legible on the screen (60pt for title).
- Do not use hyperlinks as the system will not be connected to the Internet
Animations & Videos
- Animations and videos are not allowed.
Tables
- Do not re-size tables.
- Use PowerPoint rather than Excel to create your tables.
ePoster Displayed
Your poster will be displayed on screens in the ePosters & Exhibition Area, during the entire Congress (01-03 October 2026) and will be easily searchable by anyone.
